Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead Finished Goods Warehouse operations, overseeing receiving, warehousing, inventory management, material handling, and shipping activities.

You will work with the Logistics Manager on resource planning, cycle counts, and continuous improvement while coaching warehouse staff and ensuring safety and compliance. The role demands strong leadership, planning, and SAP/MRP experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting,

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in industrial materials warehousing, shipping, or other logistic processes.
• Experience leading teams in a supervisory or senior team leader capacity is required.
• Experience with MRP systems and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily Receiving, Material Handling, Inventory Control, and Shipping operations to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely movement of materials and finished goods.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate logistics personnel to maximize team performance and operational effectiveness.
• Plan, review, and enhance logistics processes, procedures, and workforce capabilities while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Ensure incoming materials are properly received and transacted into inventory, and that finished goods are packaged and shipped per requirements.
• Maintain inventory security and accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to strengthen team capabilities.
• Drive KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, HSE, Code of Conduct, and regulatory obligations.
