Job summary

ADVANCED ENERGY INDUSTRIES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of 60–100 staff in Penang Science Park. You will supervise daily operations, drive inventory accuracy, and coordinate with Planning & Purchasing to meet production timelines.

The role requires SAP/WMS proficiency, strong leadership, and a track record in process improvement. A Bachelor’s degree and CPIM/Six-Sigma credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team of 60–100.
• Strong SAP & WMS experience and knowledge of MRP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• CPIM and Six-Sigma Green Belt are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, manage and own warehouse workforce performance.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure quality output.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-site with planning and purchasing.
• Monitor KPIs and perform regular performance reviews.
• Provide safety, compliance and organizational guidance.
• Prepare monthly workforce and space forecasts.
