Qualifications

• BS or BA Degree in relevant field with 0-2 years experience in transport logistics or order processing in a globally active company.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP applications such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba.
• Ability to analyze data and create concise reports.
• Strong cross-functional relationship building.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify productivity enhancements for improved operations and service.
• Analyze large data sets to assess logistics performance.
• Implement processes aligned with global logistics strategy.
• Ensure adherence to global logistics policies and train others.
• Prepare monthly business reviews with spend and performance updates.
• Oversee transportation services domestically and internationally.
• Lead training on logistics requirements and incoterms.
• Participate in sourcing events from needs analysis to onboarding.
• Manage escalation of logistics issues and resolve site performance impacts.
• Deliver on annual cost reduction goals.
• Drive AVL usage and updated routing guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiencies across the enterprise.
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain site contact lists.
