Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Traffic Analyst to oversee multi-site logistics in the region. You will deploy site-specific strategies, maintain key provider relationships, and enhance order-to-delivery experiences. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, process improvements, and adherence to global logistics policies.

You will analyze large data sets, prepare monthly reviews, and support sourcing events while coordinating with site teams to meet KPIs and cost-reduction goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in transport logistics or order processing is expected.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and customs regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
• Project management and implementation skills are preferred.
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to analyze data and create concise reports.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fulfillment of logistics requirements for a multi-site region.
• Deploy site-specific logistics strategies and maintain relationships with providers.
• Analyze data to assess logistics performance and identify improvements.
• Ensure adherence to global logistics policies and provide training where needed.
• Communicate operational and financial performance, including variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly business reviews on spend, savings, and performance.
• Manage transportation services domestically and internationally to meet KPIs.
• Participate in sourcing events from needs analysis to onboarding.
