• 4-6 years of experience in warehouse management or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of MRP, warehouse operations and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to a unit or group of employees and assign tasks.
• Develop and enforce compliant material handling procedures.
• Supervise receiving, stocking, and shipping of materials to production and customers.
• Evaluate departmental metrics and report on operations status.
• Identify and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate replenishment, kitting, and inventory movement.
• Schedule materials for the production line.
• Establish training models and development plans for staff.
