Job summary

Qualifications

• Four to six years of relevant experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating resources to meet schedules and budgets.
• Knowledge of ISO Standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Receives daily production schedules from planning and materials from logistics.
• Coordinates resources to achieve on-time production within budget.
• Identifies and resolves bottlenecks in production processes.
• Manages controllable operating expenditure and guides teams to improvements.
• Conducts timely return-to-work interviews and first-level disciplinary hearings.
