Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of warehousing experience, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.
• Familiarity with MRP and cost accounting practices.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a unit or group of employees and assign tasks.
• Ensure compliance with documented material handling procedures.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, and shipping of materials and products.
• Monitor departmental metrics and prepare status reports.
• Drive process improvements and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Schedule materials for the production line and supervise staff.
• Develop training plans for employees and guide development.
