Bosch Malaysia is seeking a seasoned leader to head the Logistics Excellence department in Penang. You will drive continuous improvement, standardisation, digitalisation and governance of plant logistics processes with cross-functional teams, Bosch-wide stakeholders, service providers and external partners.

You will establish transparent performance management, analyse performance, and provide action plans to plant management.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of supply chain or logistics experience, including experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least five years of leadership experience.
• International work experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes.
• Sound understanding of logistics IT systems and process governance.
• Understanding of supply chain costs, budgeting and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Lead and continuously develop Logistics Excellence across logistics areas such as projects, IT systems, customs and dangerous goods.
• Define and monitor KPIs and governance routines; analyse performance gaps and drive countermeasures.
• Lead or contribute to projects achieving business targets, including IT solutions, quality improvement, cost-reduction, and cross-functional changes.
• Coordinate Logistics Excellence topics with clear ownership, escalation paths and cross-functional communication.
