Job summary

Nexperia in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Logistics Process Specialist on a 2-year fixed-term contract to drive excellence in warehouse processes and system optimization.

You will collaborate with warehouse ops, IT, and business stakeholders to standardize processes, support SAP EWM/WMS implementations, and develop training materials while ensuring high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, SCM, IE, information systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Experience with SAP EWM, SAP WM, or other WMS preferred.
• Exposure to system implementation, process improvement, or business transformation projects.
• Experience in process mapping, UAT, system testing, documentation, and user training.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.
