Job summary

Nexperia in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is seeking a Production Planner to plan and coordinate semiconductor backend equipment production across Malaysia and international collaborators. You will translate demand into executable schedules, manage capacity, and ensure on-time delivery by collaborating with material planning, engineering, procurement and production teams.

You will monitor daily progress, maintain ERP data, and drive recovery actions when variances occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of production planning experience, preferably in semiconductor equipment, high-mix/low-volume environments.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, routing, capacity planning, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional and cross-region teams.
• Ability to manage dynamic priorities and maintain planning accuracy in an expanding manufacturing environment.
