Nexperia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Logistics Process Specialist on a 2-year fixed-term contract to drive process excellence across warehouse and logistics systems, including SAP EWM.

You will analyze processes, map workflows, support SAP EWM/WM implementations, create SOPs, and train end users while coordinating with IT and operations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in logistics or related field and at least 3 years of experience, with strong English and stakeholder management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Experience with SAP EWM, SAP WM, or other Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• Exposure to system implementation, process improvement, or business transformation projects.
• Experience in process mapping, UAT, system testing, documentation, and user training.

As a Logistics Process Specialist on a 2-year fixed-term contract , you will drive logistics process excellence, system optimization, and warehouse transformation initiatives. You will work closely with warehouse operations, business stakeholders, and IT teams to improve, standardize, and optimize logistics processes and systems across the organization.

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

• Experience with SAP EWM, SAP WM, or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Exposure to system implementation, process improvement, or business transformation projects.
• Experience in process mapping, UAT, system testing, documentation, and user training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
