Job summary

SEP Electric (M) Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking a Logistics/Operations officer to manage import/export and local shipments, prepare shipping and BOM documents, and maintain stock records. You will handle admin tasks and assist directors with ad hoc duties.

Requirements include a relevant bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in logistics or operations, with strong analytical skills and fluency in English and Malay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in English and Malay (written and spoken).
• Computer-literate with MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Arrange import, export, and local shipments with documentation and clearance.
• Monitor shipment schedules and address delays proactively.
• Process customer purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Track PO status to suppliers and delivery dates.
• Prepare BOM for packing activities by the warehouse.
• Maintain stock inventory with accurate records.
• Handle daily admin tasks: sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, packing labels.
• Maintain filing for records for easy retrieval.
• Support directors with ad hoc tasks as required.
