Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics coordinator to develop and optimize transportation routes and schedules for efficient, cost-effective delivery of goods. Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize transportation routes and schedules to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Analyze transportation performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Invoicing, Admin, Store, Accounts) and external partners to coordinate logistics operations.
• Utilize TMS and other software to plan, track, and manage shipments.
• Monitor compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards and company policies.
• Prepare reports on transportation activities, costs and efficiency for management review.
• Respond to and resolve transportation-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in negotiating transport fees and service agreements with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and transportation.
