Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics-focused graduate to support daily inventory management and shipping operations. A Diploma or Bachelor in Logistics, SCM, or Business Admin is required, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, ensure documentation accuracy, and collaborate with the operations team to maintain workflow efficiency. Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is highly valued.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in logistics, inventory management or warehouse operations is an advantage.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills to work with operations and other departments.

Responsibilities

Support daily inventory management and logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation and timely delivery.
Assist the operations team with daily activities to maintain workflow efficiency and operational excellence.
Prepare, organize and monitor shipment arrangements according to company procedures and standards.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless operational coordination.
Carry out additional duties and projects as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
