Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Malaysia seeks a Warehouse Operations Assistant to support daily logistics activities and ensure accuracy in INB/OUT orders and cycle counts. You will help prepare reports and liaise with internal and external parties to resolve issues.

The role requires at least a SPM qualification, basic computer literacy, and the ability to multi-task while communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

1 or less than 1 year in warehouse operations environment.
Min SPM Qualifications.
Computer literacy.
Analytical skills.
Must be able to perform multiple tasks.
Communicate in EN/BM.

Responsibilities

To ensure all assignments are met within the specific deadline provided
To ensure proper follow-up with all the outstanding issues
To ensure compliance to customer requirement and other relevant authorities
To assist operation in daily administrative activities
To prepare daily or weekly reports on all operational activities
To liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operations issues
To analyse operation performance and propose the solution for process improvement
To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors
Need to process INB/OUT orders/ Cycle count
