WAC Logistics Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Johor is seeking a dedicated Logistics Executive to support the Operations Department in daily logistics activities. The role requires 1-2 years of logistics experience, proficiency in Excel/Word, and the ability to communicate in Chinese.

Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with salary RM3,000–RM4,000 per month. You will coordinate shipments, prepare shipping documents, liaise with customers and transporters, and provide general

1-2 years of logistics experience.
Familiar with basic shipping documentation.
PC literate; proficient in Excel and Word.
Able to communicate in Chinese.
Responsible, organized and eager to learn.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

Assist with daily logistics and operational activities.
Coordinate shipment arrangements and delivery schedules.
Prepare shipping documents and maintain shipment records.
Liaise with customers, transporters and warehouse personnel on delivery arrangements.
Monitor shipment status and follow up on outstanding matters.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Department.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
