Job summary

The Weir Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations from our Batu Caves site. You will coordinate container planning, ensure SOP compliance, and work with warehouse teams to streamline loading and shipping processes.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in logistics coordination, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, and familiarity with import/export procedures and SAP EWM. This onsite role offers regional support and safety-driven responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics coordination.
• Proactive and organized with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including revenue and container planning to ensure smooth marshalling and compliance with SOPs.
• Prepare and liaise on shipping documents and import/export compliance.
• Track outbound shipments and coordinate with warehouse teams on loading priorities.
