• Assist with stock in/out entries and inventory record updates.
• Conduct physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support verification, collection, and tracking of defective units (IHU).
• Assist in coordinating supplier reimbursement claims and documentation.
• Document reports from customer-reported issues and maintain accurate records.
• Help review, update, and suggest improvements to departmental SOPs and workflows.
• Generate reports and perform simple data analysis.
