Job summary

Givaudan in Malaysia invites enthusiastic logistics students for a Logistics Internship in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. You will assist with shipping and warehouse tasks, monitor import shipments, prepare documentation, and support day-to-day administration.

You will report to Assistant Supply Chain Manager and gain hands-on experience across Shipping and Warehouse, with opportunities to learn SOPs, audits, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, warehouse management, shipping, transportation, or related field.
• Available for internship period of 4 months or longer.
• Additional part-time/internship experience in relevant field is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Strong enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
• Responsible with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and warehouse tasks, including import shipment monitoring and documentation.
• Prepare import shipment documentation for HS Code classification challenges by MY Custom within Shipping.
• Update reports, validate invoices, and maintain records in Shipping.
• Sort hardcopy shipping documents for duty drawback processes in Shipping.
• Assist in creating SOPs, OPLs, and workflows for new warehouses after Manager review in Warehouse.
• Aid in uploading and updating audit closure evidence in Warehouse.
• Support Warehouse Supervisor in conducting training for newcomers in both Shipping & Warehouse.
