Job summary

Eaton in Shah Alam is seeking a motivated student to support data entry, records maintenance, and general logistics administration within the supply chain team. You will update supply chain, logistics, and inventory data in Excel, SAP, or ERP systems, and help prepare delivery documentation and reports.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Management, with strong MS Office skills and familiarity with Power BI and Power Apps.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business or related field.
• Strong MS Office skills and data entry ability.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with filing, scanning, printing, and organizing departmental documents.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Update and maintain supply chain, logistics, and inventory data in Excel, SAP, or ERP systems.
• Monitor shipment and delivery status and maintain tracking records.
• Prepare, verify, and file delivery orders, invoices, and related records.
• Compile weekly and monthly supply chain, logistics, and inventory reports.
