Job summary

PS GLOBAL LOGISTICS SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to handle job orders, coordinate with the Operations team, and deliver frontline support to clients in our logistics and transport environment.

You will ensure accurate system updates and maintain strong communication while assisting with import/export tasks as part of a collaborative team with a 5.5-day schedule.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles and logistics workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Input job orders into the system before execution by the Ops Team.
• Track vessel ETAs and monitor container usage to support operations.
• Answer calls professionally and handle inquiries efficiently.
• Respond to customer emails clearly and professionally.
• Assist with processing of import and export jobs.
• Support other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
