Job summary

DKSH Malaysia in Shah Alam seeks a data-driven SADC KPI reporting analyst to coordinate with the SADC team, extract data from SAP, and prepare monthly, weekly and ad hoc reports for stakeholders.

You will present findings at business reviews, drive improvement proposals, and work with BU, client and operations teams to ensure accurate data sharing. A diploma/degree in supply chain or logistics and at least two years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with SAP reporting
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SADC team to obtain performance data for analysis
• Generate reports for SADC supply chain performance by category
• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and presentations
• Present findings to stakeholders in business reviews
• Suggest improvement proposals based on KPI performance
• Handle data analytics for process improvement projects
• Collaborate with BU, client, and other units for data sharing
