Job summary

PENTAMASTER CORPORATION BERHAD in Penang is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics, customs compliance, and shipment documentation. You will ensure on-time deliveries and provide timely reports to stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics/customs, strong English and Bahasa capabilities, and solid MS Office skills. A proactive, detail-oriented professional will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in any field is preferred.
• At least 5 year working in logistic and custom rules and regulation is preferred.
• Good command of written and verbal English and converse well in Bahasa Malaysia & Bahasa Cina.
• Strong computer application skills in MS Office i.e. Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure all logistic activities adhere to business processes, fulfill delivery deadlines and coordinate the custom correspondence.
• Prepare reports and update on time and accurately.
• Compile monthly KPI report on time and accurately.
• Ensure KPI and CIP achieve on time.
• Submit monthly report (import/export) to custom.
• Liaise with the forwarder on shipment pick-up and deliveries.
• Handle company's shipments export / import.
• Follow up on the inbound and outbound shipment delivery status and ensure the on time delivery.
• Advise customer, planner and purchaser on the delivery schedule.
• Prepare the shipment's documents (Delivery Order / Packing List / Commercial Invoices).
• Prepare and apply or renew LMW license on time.
• Prepare and apply the custom’s approval for shipment exemption (import /export).
• Coordinate the custom correspondence.
• Liaise with packers for shipment’s packing / crating.
• Attend and eliminate any issue in the weekly project or operation meeting as well as the customer meeting.
• Ensure the team to perform the task appropriately and fulfill the audit requirement.
• Lead or attend the internal, external or customer audit activities.
• Ensure resource and time management, problem solving, discipline and company policy.
• Any other task assigned by Manager, CEO, COO or Chairman

About you
