FirstStep Psychology & Child Development Centre is seeking an E‑commerce & Digital Marketing Intern to support management of online platforms and marketing activities. You will create content, manage listings, process orders and assist with campaigns.

The role offers hands‑on experience in e‑commerce operations, social media content production, and market research, with a RM1000 monthly internship allowance and training provided.

Competenze

• Pursuing or completed Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, E‑Commerce or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Able to commit to at least 3 months internship and to the required schedule.

Mansioni

• Assist in managing e‑commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Create, record and edit engaging product videos and promotional content for social media.
• Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing and stock across platforms.
• Process and fulfil online orders, including packing and shipping.
• Monitor inventory and stock organization.
• Support daily e‑commerce operations and marketplace activities.
• Contribute to digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Perform other e‑commerce and marketing duties as assigned.

We are looking for a responsible and creative E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Intern to join our team at FirstStep Child Specialist Clinic, Sri Hartamas.

This role provides hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms, handling daily online orders, creating digital content, and supporting marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Create, record and edit engaging product videos and promotional content for social media platforms.
• Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing and stock availability across e-commerce platforms.
• Process and fulfil online orders, including picking, packing, labelling and preparing parcels for shipment.
• Monitor and update inventory records and ensure proper stock arrangement and organisation.
• Assist with daily e-commerce operations, including order tracking and marketplace activities.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, sales promotions and other marketing initiatives.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Perform other e-commerce and marketing-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, E-Commerce or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Basic video recording and editing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Able to commit to an internship duration of at least 3 months.
• Able to commit to the required working schedule.

Working Schedule

• Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Weekly Off Day: One weekday off, arranged on Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.
• Overtime payment.
• Training provided.
• Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
• Monthly internship allowance of RM1000.
