Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business / Business Studies, Technology Management, or related fields.
• Available for internship period 4-6 months with potential conversion to permanent roles for high performers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency; knowledge of Microsoft Office/WMS is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct before dispatch.
• Picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment in accordance with procedures and quality standards.
• Managing inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and updating inventory records in our systems.
• Coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
• Responding to customer enquiries regarding order status and delivery information.
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues that arise during the fulfillment process.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Supporting the team during peak periods and assisting with special projects as required.
• Contributing ideas for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

About the role

Fastenal Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to join our Fulfillment team in Gelang Patah, Johor, Penang Branch, Kuantan Branch, Ipoh Branch, & Shah Alam Branch. This internship offers hands‑on experience in logistics, inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain operations, with potential conversion to a permanent position for high‑performing candidates.

Key responsibilities

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct before dispatch.

What we're looking for:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor in Logistics, Supply Chain, Internation Business / Business Studies, Technology Management, or any other related fields or background.

Available for minimum internship period 4-6 months. High-performing interns will be offered a permanent role in Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Operations upon successful completion of the internship.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office/WMS knowledge is an advantage).

Good communication and teamwork skills.
