Job summary

TCY ONLINE DISTRIBUTOR ENTERPRISE is offering an internship across E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations in Malaysia. The program spans at least 4 months and exposes you to inventory management, warehouse practices, and on-line platform optimization.

You will work on product listing optimization, campaign support, and basic data analysis while learning FIFO, 5S, and site-wide processes. Strong Excel and willingness to learn are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field, broad business/admin background welcomed.
• Interest in e-commerce, logistics, or operations is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic data handling required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in optimizing product listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and SiteGiant.
• Support brand campaigns, content creation, and ads management.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with operations to learn FIFO/5S and warehousing basics.

Intern E-Commerce/Supply Chain/Logistic/Operation/Production/Manufacturing

Program Duration Commitment: Able to participate in the program for a minimum of 4 months (18 weeks).

1. Operation & Production / Manufacturing / Warehouse Assistant:

Practice in FIFO, 5S, pick & pack, inbound & outbound.

Optimize warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management via SiteGiant System

Assist on knowledge related to operation, production and manufacturing planning/flow.

Weight, dispense, quality inspect, label and store bulk product into smaller pack.

2.Jack-of-All-Trades Logistics / Supply Chain:

Coordinate with customers/suppliers management procurement/logistic planning transportation/3rd party whenever requires.

Support the day to day any administrative and operations activities, other departments and any adhoc job assigned.

3.E-Commerce - SPM Credit/A in any of these subjects either math/sains/sains rumah tangga/physic/bio/chem/add math (would be an advantage):

Optimize product listings and manage e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, SiteGiant, etc).

Support brand marketing campaigns, promotional contents, copywriting, ads management.

Conduct market research, planning and data analysis.

Suitable for people who enjoy EITHER (1) sains e.g. Evidence-Based Reasoning, Inquiry and Experimentation OR (2) maths e.g. Systematic Problem Solving, Logic and Abstraction Reasoning.

What we're looking for

Diploma/Degree in any course (e.g. business administration/commerce, mathematic science, supply chain logistic, shipping & aviation, freight forward, maritime transport, agribusiness, industrial technology, entrepreneurship, engineering, english, marketing, communications, multimedia, design, culinary, or etc).

Important: Intern may get a chance to be assigned to 1-3 sections on-the-job daily basis, but subject to management final review and decision on individual strength, weaknesses and growth mindset.

Integrity, punctual, curiosity, hardworking, willing to learn, detailed oriented and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
