Job summary

Truckquip Sdn Bhd, a Tan Chong Group subsidiary, seeks a warehouse operator to receive CKD shipments, unload and verify parts against packing lists for accuracy and quality.

You will organize storage, deliver CKD parts to assembly lines per the production plan, and keep the storage area clean and safe following 5S standards. Fresh graduates are welcome; CKD/auto parts experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Secondary school or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in warehouse/ logistics is preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in parts verification.
• Commitment to safety regulations and 5S practices.
• Good teamwork and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload CKD shipments from Volvo, King Long and others.
• Rearrange, store, and manage stocks using lifting equipment and forklifts.
• Unpack CKD parts and verify against packing lists for accuracy.
• Deliver CKD parts to assembly lines according to the production plan.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the logistics area daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Summary & Accountability:

• Receive and unload CKD shipments from Volvo, King Long, and other customers in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Rearrange, store, and manage stocks in the warehouse and designated storage areas using lifting equipment, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Unpack CKD parts and verify against packing lists to ensure correct parts, accurate quantities, and acceptable quality with no discrepancies.
• Deliver CKD parts to assembly lines according to the Assembly GOK plan and production schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the logistics area in compliance with 55 standards, environmental requirements, and safety regulations on a daily basis.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Secondary school or equivalent qualification.
• Working experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, or logistics. Experience handling CKD components or automotive parts will be an advantage. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• High attention to detail (crucial for verifying parts and quantities).
• Strong commitment to safety regulations and 5S workplace practices.
• Good team player with a positive work attitude.
