Job summary

OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad is hiring a Loan Admin Processor in the Loan Admin Hub. You will handle daily loan processing activities, maintain data accuracy, and ensure timely servicing across business units.

The role requires a degree, English fluency, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines. Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily loan processing including disbursement, repayments, rollover, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain data accurately into the system against source documents.
• Review loan updates for completeness and correct mistakes before approval.
• Ensure loan servicing inquiries and pre-processing are attended timely.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks and provide department-wide support as needed.
• Meet tight deadlines and service levels for BAU transactions.
• Participate in process improvements and provide on-the-job training to team members.
• Promote a positive mindset within the team.

Department: Loan Admin Hub Title : Loan Admin Processor Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute daily loan processing such as disbursement, repayment, rollover, maintenances etc.
• Create and maintain data completely and accurately into system against source documents by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Review the completeness and accuracy of loan update in system and correcting any potential mistakes before approving the loan transaction.
• Ensure loan servicing inquiries by Business Unit and pre-processing are attended timely.
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments and provide support across department if needed.
• Adhere to tight deadlines, ensuring that turnaround for BAU transactions is on target and service level agreement are met.
• Contribute to fine-tuning workflow by soliciting feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
• Conduct on the job training for team member.
• Promote a positive mindset and holistic outlook amongst staff.

Job Requirements
