Job summary

YOOTREE(MY) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Livestream Admin Operations Executive to support daily livestream activities at its Cheras, Kuala Lumpur location. You will ensure equipment, connections and audio are optimal before sessions and coordinate campaigns, pricing and promotions with hosts.

You will monitor real-time metrics, assist with performance reviews, and operate TikTok LIVE Studio and Shop Seller Center. Strong communication and ability to handle livestream shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in TikTok live control or livestream operations.
• Familiar with TikTok Shop and related livestream tools.
• Experience setting up product links, vouchers, Flash Sale promotions, and campaigns.
• Ability to analyze livestream performance data.
• Good communication with hosts and team; able to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Check livestream equipment, internet connection, lighting, video quality and audio before each session.
• Arrange product listings, product-link sequences, prices, vouchers and Flash Sale promotions.
• Monitor livestream traffic, concurrent viewers, GMV, conversion rate and comments in real time.
• Coordinate with hosts and provide timely reminders on product presentations, promotions and audience engagement.
• Operate TikTok LIVE Studio, TikTok Shop Seller Center and other livestream equipment.
• Handle technical issues such as connection interruptions, streaming delays, incorrect prices and product-link errors.
• Record daily livestream performance data and assist with performance reviews and optimisation plans.
• Support livestream scheduling, campaign execution, video clipping and other operational tasks.
