is seeking a Livestream Admin Operations Executive to support our daily livestream workflow, ensuring smooth sessions, accurate product-link sequences, timely promotions, and flawless on-screen presentation across our TikTok live ecosystem. You will monitor live traffic and comments, coordinate with hosts, troubleshoot streaming issues, record performance data, help optimise campaigns, and contribute to improving viewer engagement, conversion rates and GMV.

Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok Live Studio or livestream operations preferred.
• Ability to monitor performance data and respond quickly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

LIVE STREAMING ADMIN OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

As our livestream business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Livestream Admin Operation Executive to join our team and support our daily livestream operations.

What you’ll be doing

Check all livestream equipment, internet connection, lighting, video quality and audio before each session.

Arrange product listings, product-link sequences, prices, vouchers and Flash Sale promotions.

Monitor livestream traffic, concurrent viewers, GMV, conversion rate and comments in real time.

Coordinate with hosts and provide timely reminders on product presentations, promotions and audience engagement.

Operate TikTok LIVE Studio, TikTok Shop Seller Center and other livestream equipment.

Handle technical issues such as connection interruptions, streaming delays, incorrect prices and product-link errors.

Record daily livestream performance data and assist with performance reviews and optimisation plans.

Support livestream scheduling, campaign execution, video clipping and other operational tasks.

What we’re looking for

Preferably candidate with relevant TikTok live control or livestream operations experience.

Familiar with TikTok Shop, TikTok LIVE Studio and livestream backend operations.

Experienced in setting up product links, vouchers, Flash Sale promotions and livestream campaigns.

Good understanding of livestream performance data and basic data analysis.

Able to react quickly and handle unexpected situations during livestream sessions.

Responsible, detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively with hosts and team members.

Willing to work according to the livestream shift schedule.

Proficiency in English or Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage.
