Job summary

Store N Go Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor is seeking a dynamic Live Stream Host to join our Marketing & Communications team. You will be the face and voice of the brand during live streaming events, presenting products and services, and driving audience engagement across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, comfortable on camera, and able to interact with viewers, handle queries, and steer the flow of streams.

Qualifications

• Must have at least SPM/STPM or higher.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in spoken Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Host programs via TikTok and manage live streams.
• Engage viewers, present products/services, answer queries, and guide stream flow.
• Innovate to improve production workflow and viewer experience.
• Aim for targets and increase audience engagement.
• Research market trends to inform streams.
• Perform live presentations with energy and confidence.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

About the role

Store N Go Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and engaging Live Stream Host to join our Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a Live Stream Host, you will be the face and voice of our brand during live streaming events, responsible for captivating audiences, presenting products and services, and driving engagement across our digital platforms. This role is strategically important to our marketing efforts, serving as a key touchpoint between our brand and our customers in an increasingly digital marketplace.

Key responsibilities

1. Responsible for program hosting via TikTok and managing live streaming and monitoring its effectiveness.

2. Drive traffic and engagement through interacting with viewers, presenting products & services, attending to queries, and leading the overall flow of the live stream in a brisk and lively mode.

3. Develop creative ways to enhance and improve production workflow.

4. Strive to achieve target, improve viewers engagement and experience.

5. Conduct comprehensive research to identify new market trend.

6. Comfortable and passionate about conducting live.

7. Any other task assigned by your supervisor.

What we're looking for

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM and above.

2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3. Well command in spoken Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin will be an advantage.

4. Possess a high steadiness with any situations, confident & presentable.

5. Training will be provided.
