Qualifications

• Extroverted and comfortable in front of a camera for 2–3 hours.
• Sales experience or hosting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with live-streaming on social platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.).
• Capable of handling unexpected issues with humor and grace.
• Flexible schedule including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Host engaging livestreams to promote gadgets and exclusive deals.
• Demonstrate products with features, benefits, and usage tips on camera.

Sales Commissions: Highly competitive and uncapped sales commissions tied directly to the revenue generated during live broadcast sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Host Engaging Livestreams: Lead dynamic and entertaining live sessions to promote our latest gadgets & phone inventories and exclusive deals.

Product Demonstration: Deeply understand our product catalog to effectively showcase features, benefits, and styling/usage tips on camera.

Audience Interaction: Read and respond to live comments, answer viewer questions on the fly, and build a sense of community.

Drive Sales: Use persuasive, high-energy sales techniques to meet or exceed live conversion targets and maximize sales revenue.

Creativity: Brainstorm livestream themes, promotional mechanics, and engaging content strategies.

Analyze & Adapt: Review post-stream performance metrics to see what worked, what didn’t, and how to improve the next broadcast.

Qualifications & Requirements

On-Camera Confidence: Naturally extroverted, comfortable in front of a camera, and can maintain high energy for 2-3 hours at a time.

Sales & Communication Skills: Know how to pitch a product naturally without sounding robotic. (Previous experience in sales, retail, acting, or hosting is an added advantage)

Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with the live-streaming features of various social media, like Tiktok, Shopee, etc.

Quick Thinker: Ability to handle unexpected technical hiccups or difficult audience questions with grace and humor.

Availability: Flexible schedule, as some livestreams may take place during evenings or weekends to capture peak audiences.
