ARTHA GROUP COMPANY in Malaysia is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to plan, manage and execute promotional activities, develop new business opportunities, and create engaging social content, including LIVE sessions to promote products.

A Diploma or relevant experience in Sales and Marketing is required. You should be proficient with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be proactive, creative and target-driven.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field or relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing
• Proficient in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Confident and comfortable hosting LIVE sessions on social media platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, creative, self-motivated and target-driven
• Able to work independently as well as in a team

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve company objectives
• Identify, approach and develop new potential customers and business opportunities
• Create engaging promotional content for social media platforms
• Host LIVE sessions on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to promote the company's products and services
• Manage social media engagement and respond to customer enquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Follow up on sales leads and convert prospects into customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth
