You will plan promotional activities across social media, host live sessions on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, handle product displays, engage with viewers, and follow up to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell automotive products such as sport rims, suspension, tyres and other accessories to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain customer relationships by providing suitable product recommendations.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Plan and carry out promotional activities through social media and other marketing channels.
• Follow up with customers through calls and messages to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
• Host live sessions on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or other online platforms to promote products.
• Prepare and manage live sessions, including product displays and presentation.
• Engage with viewers by answering questions and recommending suitable products.
• Monitor live session performance based on audience engagement, sales and feedback.
