Job summary

Vision Venture Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Live Streaming Host Trainer to drive performance and standardize excellence across hosts. You will set targets, monitor metrics, and develop programs to enhance engagement and sales effectiveness.

The role requires leadership in coaching hosts, implementing SOPs, and delivering regular operational insights to management. You will also ensure compliance with platform rules and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Live Streaming Host or Trainer.
Diploma in any relevant field.
Strong leadership skills to effectively guide, mentor, and motivate Live Streaming Host.
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques to train hosts in achieving goals.
Understanding of platform regulations and best practices for live streaming on platforms such as TikTok and Shopee.

Responsibilities

Set and Monitor GMV Targets for each live host and implement improvement strategies.
Performance Tracking and Analysis of host metrics to align with business goals.
Host Training & Development, focusing on communication, engagement, and live-streaming skills.
Create and Implement SOPs to ensure consistency and quality across live sessions.
Host Performance Testing & Feedback to identify improvement areas and plan targeted actions.
KPI Setting & Tracking for each host with regular reporting on achievements.
Daily Reporting to Operation Management including GMV data, KPI results, and insights.
