Job summary

Propappa Alliance Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Live Host to engage audiences across social media and e-commerce platforms.

You will present products clearly, interact with viewers in real time, and drive sales through live sessions and strategic campaigns. The role requires 1–2 years of live hosting or reels/stories creation, and aDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in communications or related fields is preferred but not required if you have relevant experience and a confident on-camera presence.

Qualifications

1–2 years experience in Live Hosting or creating reels/stories/videos.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Performing Arts, or related field preferred—but not required if relevant experience and confident on-camera presence.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia (speaking).

Responsibilities

Host engaging, energetic, and interactive live streaming sessions across various social media and e-commerce platforms.
Present, introduce, and demonstrate products clearly and persuasively during live broadcasts.
Actively interact with viewers by responding to comments, answering questions, and providing accurate product information and recommendations in real time.
Drive audience engagement and sales by promoting special offers, campaigns, and limited-time deals during live sessions.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan live stream content, scripts, and promotional strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Create supporting content such as short videos, clips, and live highlights to increase product exposure and audience reach.
Ensure smooth live streaming operations by setting up, testing, and operating basic streaming equipment, software, and platforms.
Monitor live performance metrics and audience feedback to continuously improve content quality and conversion rates.
Maintain a professional, confident, and entertaining on-screen presence that reflects the brand’s image and values.
