Job summary

Joystar Auto Sdn Bhd is seeking an energetic live host to present cars on TikTok from our Shah Alam showroom, showcasing features, promotions, pricing, and offers.

You will engage with viewers, answer questions, and coordinate with sales/marketing to plan topics, scripts, and campaigns while creating short videos and promo clips. Knowledge of social video trends and a drive to convert leads are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and communication skills; formal qualifications optional.
• Familiarity with live selling on social platforms is a plus.
• Experience in automotive, sales or retail is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Host daily live sessions on TikTok from our showroom, highlighting vehicles, features, pricing and promotions.

Job description

Host daily live sessions on TikTok (and other platforms) from our car showroom or studio.

Present vehicles clearly and confidently - highlighting features, promotions, pricing, and offers.

Interact actively with viewers: answer questions, respond to comments, and build excitement.

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to plan live topics, scripts, and campaigns.

Assist in creating short videos, walkarounds, test-drive content, and promo clips.

Stay updated on TikTok trends, live-selling techniques, and viral automotive content.

Track live performance (views, engagement, leads) and help improve conversion results.

Ensure accurate delivery of vehicle information, brand messaging, and promotions.

Support showroom events, roadshows, and marketing activities when required.

Commission will be payable upon achieving agreed KPI targets (e.g. leads generated, enquiries converted, or sales performance).

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Broadcasting, Business, or related fields.

Candidates without formal qualifications but with strong presentation and communication skills are welcome to apply.

Good to have experience as a Live Host, Content Creator, Influencer, Presenter, or Sales/Customer Engagement role is preferred.

Familiarity with TikTok Live, social media live selling, or video content creation is a strong advantage.

Experience in automotive, sales, or retail is a plus (but not mandatory).
