Qualifications

Confident, energetic and comfortable speaking on camera.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Familiar with TikTok and current social media trends.
Able to engage and interact naturally with viewers.
Bahasa Malaysia & English proficiency preferred.
Experience as a Live Host/content creator is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Host engaging TikTok LIVE sessions to promote our cars, promotions & events.
Present vehicle features and offers in an interesting and easy-to-understand way.
Interact with viewers and respond to questions during LIVE sessions.
Encourage viewers to enquire, book a test drive or visit our showroom.
Work with the marketing team to plan LIVE topics and content.
Participate in short-form TikTok videos when required.
Understand products by studying their features and comparing with competitors.
Work closely with team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction scores are met.
Assist in day-to-day outlet operations.
Training will be provided.
