Job summary

Joystar Auto Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a confident Live Host to present vehicles on TikTok live streams from our showroom or studio, explain features, promotions, pricing, and offers, and engage viewers with dynamic delivery.

You will work with the sales and marketing team to plan topics, scripts, and campaigns, create short videos, keep up with trends, track performance, and support events. Commission is paid on agreed KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Broadcasting, Business, or related fields.
• Candidates without formal qualifications but with strong presentation and communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Experience as Live Host, Content Creator, Influencer, Presenter, or Sales/Customer Engagement is preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok Live, social media live selling, or video content creation is a strong advantage.
• Experience in automotive, sales, or retail is a plus (but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Host daily live sessions on TikTok (and other platforms) from the showroom or studio.
• Present vehicles clearly, highlighting features, promotions, pricing, and offers.
• Interact actively with viewers: answer questions, respond to comments, and build excitement.
• Plan live topics, scripts, and campaigns with the sales and marketing team.
• Assist in creating short videos, walkarounds, test-drive clips, and promo clips.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, live-selling techniques, and viral automotive content.
• Track live performance (views, engagement, leads) and help improve conversion results.
• Ensure accurate delivery of vehicle information, brand messaging, and promotions.
• Support showroom events, roadshows, and marketing activities when required.

Ensure accurate delivery of vehicle information, brand messaging, and promotions.

Support showroom events, roadshows, and marketing activities when required.

Commission will be payable upon achieving agreed KPI targets (e.g. leads generated, enquiries converted, or sales performance).

Requirements :
