WenJie & Co., a law firm based in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur, invites a motivated Litigation Lawyer to join the team. You will handle civil and litigation matters, work closely with clients and colleagues, and contribute to day-to-day case management.

This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes initiative, and seeks practical experience in litigation. You will work on a variety of matters, develop your legal skills, and grow with the firm.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in hearings and trials (preferably 3+ PQE).
• Ability to draft cause papers and attend to matters independently.

We are looking for a motivated and committed Litigation Lawyer to join our team. You will handle a range of civil and litigation matters, work closely with clients and colleagues, and be involved in the day-to-day conduct of cases.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes initiative and is keen to build strong practical experience in litigation. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters, develop your legal skills and grow with the firm.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare letters, cause papers, and agreements
• Attend meetings with clients
• Manage cases as assigned
• Conduct hearings and/or trials

Requirements

At least 2-5 years post-qualification experience

Experience in conducting hearings and trials (preferably for those with 3 years or more PQE)

Able to draft cause papers and attend to matters with dedication and independently
