Responsibilities

• LITIGATION CHAMBERING
  • To assist lawyers in handling legal matters such as drafting correspondences, cause papers, conduct legal research, attend Case Managements, Mentions, Hearings and Full Trials.
  • Will be exposed to various general civil litigation matters from Magistrates Court to Federal Court.
  • To perform other relevant job-related duties as assigned from time to time.
• CONVEYANCING LAWYER
  • 2 Years Experience Are Required.
  • Sale & Purchase & Loan Documentation of Projects, Residential and Commercial Buildings, Lands and Factories.
  • Property and Real Estate Finance
  • Add Values/Points If Having Ability On Corporate & Commercial Agreement Drafting.
• CONVEYANCING CHAMBERING/ATTACHMENT
  • Exposure and Handling of Files / Works
  • Sale and Purchase & Loan Financing of Residential and Commercial Buildings, Lands and Factories
  • Property & Real Estate Finance / Loan
  • Great and High Exposure On All Different Types Of Conveyancing Practice & Works.
