Job summary

OSRAM OS Penang is seeking an Associate Engineer in Equipment Engineering (Lithography) to provide line support, maintain lithography tools and drive improvements in speed, cost and quality. The role requires hands-on maintenance, strong Troubleshooting skills, and experience with Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS or Tel scanners.

Qualifications

• Diploma required in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics or production engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in Lithography (coat, exposure, develop).
• Experience with Lithography equipment; ability to read schematics, robot arms and sensors.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills; able to handle stress.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work in rotating shift

Responsibilities

• Provide line support for equipment setup, recovery and corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in the Litho department.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance and document PM accordingly.
• Troubleshoot lithography tools; knowledge of Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner is required.
• Ensure compliance to 5S, Cleanroom and Safety Protocols.
• Support tools setup, installation and qualification.
• Plan and execute projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiencies (Speed/Cost/Quality).
• Train junior technicians to improve skills and competencies for line sustaining activities.
• Support process team for evaluation and process verification.
