We are looking for a Process Engineer to support new product introduction, production ramp-up, and mass production improvement activities. You will coordinate sample builds and trial runs, develop manufacturing processes and technical documents, improve yield and production efficiency, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from product development to mass production.

Coordinate sample builds, pilot runs, trial production, and mass production activities on the production line.
Evaluate production readiness and prepare Sample Production Reports and Trial Production Reports.
Organize production kick-off meetings during new product ramp-up.
Identify potential production and process risks, develop Risk Control Plans, and follow up on their implementation.
Define product specifications, manufacturing process flows, and production requirements for mass-produced products.
Prepare and maintain production guidance documents, including BOP, PI, process specifications, and work instructions.
Improve product yield, production efficiency, equipment utilization, and process capability.
Troubleshoot production and process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
Optimize manufacturing processes and prepare Engineering Improvement Reports.
Develop, review, and continuously update PFMEA and other process risk assessment documents.
Apply DOE, statistical analysis, and Six Sigma methodologies to support process optimization and problem-solving.
Manage Process Engineering activities from product design and development through trial production and mass production.
Support customer audits and visits during production line ramp-up.
Coordinate on-site resources, prepare pre-audit documentation, and follow up on corrective action reports until closure.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Equipment, R&D, and other departments to ensure project and production targets are achieved.
Comply with the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and participate in required EHS programs and training.
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrochemistry, or another science or engineering discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing or process engineering experience will have an added advantage.
Knowledge of lithium-ion battery fundamentals, electrochemistry, and battery manufacturing processes is preferred.
Familiarity with pouch-cell design and manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
Able to support product design optimization, process development, and process improvement activities.
Familiar with project management principles and able to coordinate projects across different functions.
Knowledge of DOE, statistical analysis, Minitab, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and root cause analysis is preferred.
Able to interpret data, present logical conclusions, and translate analysis into practical engineering solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and take ownership of assigned projects.
