The Prestige Hotel in Penang Island is seeking a dedicated Linen Attendant to join our Housekeeping team on a full-time basis. You will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests by handling linen across floors and departments.

Fresh graduates are welcome. The role requires reliability, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Training will be provided, along with uniform and meal benefits.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the linen room/storage areas.
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Housekeeping management.

About the role
The Prestige Hotel is seeking a dedicated Linen Attendant to join our housekeeping department on a full-time basis. Based in our Penang Island location, this role is fundamental to maintaining the exceptional standards of cleanliness and comfort that our guests expect.

Key responsibilities

Collect, sort, count, and distribute clean and used linen according to hotel procedures.

Ensure clean linen is properly stored, organised, and maintained in good condition.

Deliver linen to designated floors and departments as required.

Monitor linen stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Assist with linen inventory and regular stocktaking.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the linen room and storage areas.

Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and standard operating procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping management team.
