Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Customer Service professional for our KL team located in Petaling Jaya. This on-site role focuses on managing customer and internal queries while coordinating with Sales, Finance, Distribution and Manufacturing to meet requirements and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in order management or supply chain with SAP handling inquiries, complaints and returns.
• Strong Excel skills and English proficiency for cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and internal stakeholder queries, including complex cases, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Collaborate across sales, finance, distribution, and manufacturing to support customer requirements and continuous improvement.
• Investigate and resolve order-related issues and customer disputes, including processing credit/debit notes.
