Job summary

AIA Insurance is hiring a Life Insurance Agent / Financial Consultant to promote life insurance and financial protection solutions. You will assess client needs, explain planning options, and build lasting relationships while delivering professional guidance and after-sales support.

This is a Life Insurance Agent / Financial Consultant position with AIA Insurance. You will promote and introduce life insurance and financial protection products to potential clients, understand their financial needs and goals, and provide suitable financial planning and insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and introduce life insurance and financial protection products to potential clients
• Understand clients' financial needs, family backgrounds and future financial goals
• Provide suitable financial planning and insurance solutions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Follow up with potential customers and provide professional after-sales services
• Achieve monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in company training, meetings and development programmes

About you

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Interested in sales, business development and financial services
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• No previous insurance experience required
• Performance-based monthly bonus
• Monthly cash bonus ranging from RM4,500 to RM16,000, subject to KPI and performance
