As a Life Insurance Agent, you will be at the forefront of our business, directly engaging with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. This role is critical to our growth strategy, as you will be responsible for building lasting client relationships and expanding our customer base whilst demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and sales acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to assess their life insurance needs and financial goals
• Present and explain life insurance products and services in a clear, professional manner tailored to individual client circumstances
• Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide personalised insurance recommendations based on client requirements
• Prepare and submit accurate insurance applications and associated documentation
• Build and maintain a strong client database, ensuring regular follow-up and excellent customer service
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals on a consistent basis
• Attend training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales techniques
• Comply with all regulatory requirements, company policies and industry standards in all client interactions
