Life Insurance Agent (Full / Part Time )

This is a Life Insurance Agent / Sales Executive position in the financial services and life insurance industry. You will identify and approach potential clients to introduce life insurance and financial protection solutions, understand clients' financial needs and future goals, and provide professional advice on life insurance, medical protection, critical illness coverage and financial planning. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, follow up with potential customers, and achieve monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients to introduce life insurance and financial protection solutions

Understand clients' financial needs, family backgrounds and future financial goals

Provide professional advice on life insurance, medical protection, critical illness coverage and financial planning

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Follow up with potential customers and provide excellent customer service

Achieve monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Attend regular training sessions, team meetings and professional development programmes

About you

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude, self-motivated and willing to learn

Strong interest in sales and the financial services industry

Able to work independently as well as in a team

No prior insurance experience required. Training and guidance will be provided

Performance-based monthly income

Monthly cash bonus ranging from RM4,500 to RM16,000, subject to performance and eligibility
