Job summary

AIA Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Full-time Insurance Advisor to work on-site in Greater Kuala Lumpur. You will understand clients' protection, critical illness, investment and savings needs, and recommend suitable AIA life, health and savings solutions.

You will meet clients one-to-one, develop plans for protection, savings, retirement and legacy, prepare personalised proposals and explain policy features. Training and compliance with AIA standards are provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of life, health and savings insurance concepts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Consulting mindset: needs analysis and solution recommendation.
• Diploma or degree in finance, business, economics or related field (advantageous).
• Sales or advisory experience (advantageous).
• Able to work on-site in Greater KL, meet targets and uphold high ethical standards.

1.Client Consultation

Meet clients one-to-one to understand their family situation, goals and protection needs.

2.Holistic Financial Planning

• Develop plans covering protection, savings, retirement and legacy.
• Prepare personalised proposals and explain policy features and benefits clearly.
• Provide policy reviews, claims assistance and client record updates.

5.Client & Referral Network

Build long-term client relationships and a trusted referral network.

6.Training & Compliance

Attend training and team sessions, and comply with AIA and regulatory standards.
