Infinite Mindcare, located in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, is a licensed, multi-specialty outpatient counseling center offering programs for addictions, first responders, and severe mental illness. We seek a full-time, experienced licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist/Psychologist to join our thriving practice.

Responsibilities include individual therapy for youth, care coordination, weekly supervision, and participating in community mental health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Social Work, or related field.
• At least 1 year post-licensure experience.
• Eligibility for registration with the Cayman Islands Health Regulatory Council (CPAM).
• Licenses from Jamaica, USA, Canada, UK, South Africa, Australia accepted.
• Experience as developmental therapist/psychologist with children.
• Training in behavior analysis (BCBA, RBT, etc).
• Developmental trainings such as DIR/Floortime, Theraplay, Neuro-relational Framework, Watch, Wait and Wonder.
• Relational therapy background (Systems Theory, ACT, Gottman).
• Experience with diverse cultural populations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; keep documentation with Dr. Chrono.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and teens with emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Coordinate care with other service providers to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Engage in weekly supervision.
• Participate in community events promoting mental health awareness and advocacy.
